Finance professional with a large tenure as an insolvency practioner. Gathered an all-around operational and financial restructuring experience during the last 17 years and has managed several Corporate Finance and Turnaround projects while being a Senior Manager of Kantor Management Consultants CFA team. Possesses deep understanding of the Banking industry having served for almost 2 years as Sanctioning Manager in Greece and for almost 7 years as CEO for Bank of Cyprus in Romania. Following his tenure in the banking system, he acquired solid experience in Portfolio Reviews and participated as Advisor in the sale tenders for material portfolios in Greece and Romania. In parallel he advised certain Banks during the Asset Quality Review project of the four systemic institutions in Greece (ECB stress test), while subsequently managed the Loans Portfolio Review of the Cooperative Banks of Greece. Recently he led the portfolios recoveries in the Greek Special liquidation entity as a General Manager. He holds BSc and MSc from City University and MBA from London Business School.

George Christoforou

Joined B2Holding in 2013. Held the position of Chief Group Controller until January 2017, before becoming CFO. CEO of the Group since August 2019.
Mr. Johnsen has held various positions in Orkla Finans and Elkem before operating Erling Johnsen AS from 1992 - 2000. He later acted as CFO in Northstar Ind. Inc. and Marine Subsea.
Bachelor of Business Administration with major in Finance from University of Wisconsin, MBA with major in Finance from University of Chicago.

Erik Just Johnsen

Non Executive Member

Joined the B2Holding Group in 2016. Held the position as Regional Director for Poland, Finland & Baltics, until December 2019. Head of Unsecured Asset Management since October 2019.
Mr. Parfiniewicz previously held various management positions in Polish retail banks, including PBK, Credit Agricole and BNP Paribas. He also served as a CEO in PolCard (card processor) and Expander (mortgage and investments broker).

Joined B2Holding in Jan 2015, held the position of CFO until 15 January 2017.
Mr. Henriksen held various controller positions in Elkem ASA and Poseidon AS and CFO positions in I M Skaugen ASA, Actinor Shipping ASA, Aktiv Kapital ASA and in shipping investment portfolios under ABG Sundal Collier ASA.

Jens Harald Henriksen

Non Executive Member

Board-level CEO in the financial services with extensive experience in international corporate and retail banking. Strong credit and risk management expertise in both retail and corporate. Has strong track record of managing organizations successfully both in Greece and across diverse cultures in challenging environments.
Yiannis Pehlivanidis serves as a Director of B2 Kapital since Oct.2018. He has had an extensive career in banking both in Greece and abroad. He began in First Chicago in 1980 (Greece,UAE,UK),returned to work at Bank of America and then led the launch of Xiosbank and NovaBank ,which pioneered in retail banking in Greece. The culmination of his career was the assignment to the position of Deputy CEO at The National Bank of Greece, the country’s largest banking institution with expanded presence in the Southeastern Europe region (April 2004-December 2009).
He has worked as an independent consultant in financial restructuring and served as the first CEO of PQH, Greece’s Single Liquidation entity entrusted by the central bank with the management of 16 financial institutions under liquidation.
Mr.Pehlivanidis holds a B.SC in Economics from Wesleyan University (USA) and a M.Sc in Economics from The London School of Economics (UK).

Kyriacos Riris has served as a Director since March 2015. Commencing in 1998, Mr. Riris served in a series of positions in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Greece, including Senior Partner, Managing Partner of the Audit and the Advisory/Consulting Lines of Service. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Riris served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Greece. Prior to its merger with PwC, Mr. Riris was employed at Grant Thornton, Greece, where in 1984 he became a Partner. From 1976 to 1982, Mr. Riris was employed at Arthur Young, Greece. Mr. Riris holds a degree from Birmingham Polytechnic (presently Birmingham City University) and completed his professional qualifications with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in the UK in 1975, becoming a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants in 1985.

Kyriacos Riris

Joined B2Kapital in Greece as Asset Management Director in April 2018 and in January 2019 was promoted to the role of Deputy CEO. As of January 2020 he is the CEO of B2Kapital Greece, holding also the responsibility for the Cypriot operations. He has extensive experience in the banking and distressed asset management having managed corporate and granular portfolios in many instances. Throughout his professional career he assumed strategic positions where he had the opportunity to manage and restructure corporate debtors by developing solvency scenarios, feasibility studies and contingency plans.
He holds a BSc in Banking, International Finance & Industry as well as a Master’s degree in Banking, Finance & Risk Management from Paris Nord.
